About Warranty


All furniture sold by CaddeYıldız Furniture is under warranty for 2 years. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the products. Defects caused by usage errors are not covered by the warranty. Our technical team will help you for any problems that may occur in the delivery and post-delivery assembly of the products.

Part Warranty: All of our furniture is covered by insurance until it reaches you and is assembled. If there is a problem with any part of your incoming product due to shipping or handling, the faulty part will be replaced free of charge. Since all of our furniture is disassembled, the problematic part is replaced.

Before signing the cargo delivery report for the damaged packages when receiving your products, you must print this as a note and take a photo of the damaged package and send it to us. This issue is important so that we can invoice the damaged product in the package to the cargo company. In order not to send a wrong part to you, you need to send a few photos to or to our whatsapp after sales support line 0537 366 05 35.

Mechanical Warranty: All mechanical parts (such as hinge, rail system, foot mechanism) used in our products are under warranty for 2 years.

Service Warranty: Problems that occur within the warranty period of your product and cannot be resolved by part replacement are resolved by our authorized service. You can create your service record at or from our WhatsApp after-sales support line at 0537 366 05 35.

Assembly Warranty: CaddeYıldız Furniture; It gives an assembly warranty so that its customers can enjoy and use the products they have purchased for many years without any problems. Problematic parts that may occur due to assembly errors caused by the assembly of our customers' products are replaced free of charge by our company.
